Two adapters

e-Resguardos and their credit notes are uploaded with their own adapter and their own file. Do not mix them with invoices, tickets or their notes in the same file.

1. Steps to upload a file

  1. Go to Invoicing → Outgoing → Bulk Uploads. In the left menu, expand Invoicing, then Outgoing, and click Bulk Uploads.
  2. Click "Create Invoice". A window opens to choose the creation method.
  3. Select "Bulk Upload". Choose the option on the left (cloud icon with an arrow). It lets you upload many documents at once from a file.
  4. Select the adapter. In Select adapter, choose the Uruguay adapter enabled for your company (for e-Resguardos, the Uruguay withholding adapter) and click Next.
  5. Upload the file. Upload the completed template. You can follow the result of each document in the upload detail.

2. Template

Request the Uruguay template from your Account Executive (AE) and fill it in following the format of each column.

The template has two tabs:

  • Template UY: the columns to fill in. Header colors tell you when a column is mandatory:
    • Red: mandatory for every document.
    • Blue: mandatory for export invoices.
    • Green: mandatory when the file contains invoices with more than one item.
    • Orange: mandatory for e-Resguardos.
    • Purple: mandatory for credit and debit notes.
  • Guide - Reference: a short description of each column.
❗️

Clean the template before uploading

The "Template UY" tab ships with an example row, a list of sample values under some columns and a color legend below the data. Delete all of it before you add your own rows, so the file only contains your documents.
