1. Steps to upload a file

  1. Go to Invoicing → Outgoing → Bulk Uploads. In the left menu, expand Invoicing, then Outgoing, and click Bulk Uploads.
  2. Click "Create Invoice". A window opens to choose the creation method.
  3. Select "Bulk Upload". Choose the option on the left (cloud icon with an arrow).
  4. Select the adapter. In Select adapter, choose the Colombia adapter of the company that issues the documents and click Next.
  5. Upload the file. Upload the completed template as .xlsx or .csv. You can follow the result of each document in the upload detail.

2. Template

Request the Colombia template from your Account Executive (AE) and fill it in following the format of each column.

The template has two tabs:

  • Template CO: the columns to fill in. Red headers are mandatory.
  • Guide - Reference: a short description of each column.
❗️

Clean the template before uploading

The Template CO tab comes with an example row, sample values and a color legend. Delete all of it before you add your own rows, so the file only contains your documents.
