[UY] Bulk Upload - Credit and debit notes

A credit note reduces or cancels a document that was already issued. A debit note increases it. In Uruguay each note must match the type of the original document. For the general upload steps and format rules, see the Uruguay bulk upload manual.

Each row in the file is one item. A note with several items takes several rows with the same Invoice External ID; repeat the document columns with the same values on each of those rows.

Things to check before uploading

  • The document type of the note matches the original (a ticket is credited with credit note ticket, not credit note).
  • Original invoice BRINTA id is the Brinta ID, not your own external ID.
  • A partial note does not exceed the amount of the original document.
