Instructions per Country
Bulk and CSV issuing follows the same approach in every country: you fill in the country template and upload it from Invoicing → Outgoing → Bulk Uploads. What changes from one country to another is which columns are mandatory, which document types you can issue and the values each column accepts.
Each country has its own manual:
- A general page with the upload steps, the template, the format rules for every row and the most common errors.
- One page per document type with every column explained, an example row and a checklist before uploading.
To get your country template, contact your Account Executive (AE).
