Brinta can capture invoices sent to your company's mailboxes, process the information in the document and present it in the dashboard for approval.

Any mailbox can be integrated with this feature.

Which kind of invoices can be captured?

Basically any kind of invoice (xml and pdf) can be captured through an email integration.

Brinta can capture and understand Invoices, NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, NFS-e and other tax and non-tax related invoices.

How to start?

1. If you are an active customer, email [email protected] asking for this feature to be enabled.
2. Brinta will generate you a mailbox that should look like [email protected].
3. Set up a forwarding rule from the mailboxes you wish to integrate to the mailbox provided by Brinta.
